BMSOverview
A centralized, single-board BMS for low voltage applications up to 120V and 2000A with a compact PCB footprint and strong software capability. It features battery swap and parallel pack capability and our advanced balancing and SOX algorithms.
The c-BMS features compact hardware solutions paired with powerful software features, designed for low voltage applications such as light and leisure vehicles, forklifts, AGVs, and residential energy storage systems.
Coming in 18 and 24 cell variants and the latest advanced Sensata Technologies proprietary algorithms for balancing and measurement accuracy, the c-BMS is a potent solution for applications under 60 VDC and 120 VDC respectively.

A distributed BMS for applications up to 1000V and 2000A. The n-BMS is a standard solution for high-power applications that do not require on-road certification. The n-BMS is a revolutionary, scalable battery management system designed for high-voltage applications at an excellent performance-to-cost ratio. The n-BMS features safety-rated, powerful key components, such as the processor, ASIC, and PSU.
This distributed system allows the Management Control Unit (MCU) to communicate with a wide variety of Cell Monitoring Units (CMU) with different numbers of voltage channels, temperature channels, footprints, balancing currents, and other attributes, to be a perfect fit various battery designs and end applications.

An ISO26262-certified, distributed BMS solution for applications up to 1000V and 2000A. The n3-BMS offers flexibility and significantly reduced time-to-market for high-power applications.
The n3-BMS is an ISO 26262 certified, flexible, cell chemistry agnostic distributed BMS consisting of a main control unit (MCU) and up to 30 cell monitoring units with next-gen features implemented to address some of the most pressing automotive, safety, and performance challenges heavy vehicle OEMs face. Even though the n3-BMS is a certified product, the n3-BMS maintains software flexibility by using a unique software structure that allows users to adjust key BMS parameters.

The n3-BMS’s main control unit (MCU) is compatible with Sensata Technologies’ other high voltage distributed BMS solution, the n-BMS’ cell monitoring units (CMU12 Compact) enabling a smooth and cost-efficient upgrade from n-BMS to n3-BMS once a certified solution is required.
